2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

5. Bonuses and Promotions

jllibet offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a jllibet account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account. 5.4 Free Spins

Free spins awarded as part of a jllibet promotion are valid only on the specified game or games listed in the promotion's terms. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the promotion. Free spins have a defined expiry period; unused free spins will be forfeited upon expiry. The monetary value of each free spin is fixed at the amount stated in the individual promotion terms.

6. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

6.3 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Where jllibet determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in any prohibited conduct, jllibet may take immediate action including suspending the player's account, voiding all pending bets and bonuses, withholding all funds in the account pending investigation, permanently closing the account, and reporting the conduct to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities. jllibet's determination of prohibited conduct is final and binding.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the jllibet platform — including but not limited to the jllibet brand name, logo, visual design, software, text, graphics, game content, promotional materials, and the structure and layout of jllibet.net — is the intellectual property of jllibet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jllibet platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the jllibet platform. Any use of jllibet's intellectual property beyond the scope of this licence requires prior written authorisation from jllibet.

Game content on the jllibet platform is provided under licence from third-party game developers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with their respective developers. jllibet makes no ownership claim over third-party game content.

Any unauthorised use of jllibet's intellectual property — including screen-scraping, data mining, or replication of the platform's design — will be treated as a material infringement and may result in legal action.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

jllibet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice, where jllibet has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where closure is required to protect the integrity of the platform or the interests of other players.

8.1 Closure by jllibet

Grounds for account suspension or closure by jllibet include, without limitation: age verification failure, identity verification failure, duplicate account detection, suspected fraud or money laundering, abuse of bonuses, use of bots or automated betting software, chargebacks on deposits, and any other material breach of these Terms. Where an account is closed for cause, jllibet reserves the right to forfeit all bonus funds and, in cases of confirmed fraud, to withhold all account balances pending law enforcement or regulatory review.

8.2 Voluntary Closure by the Player

Players who wish to voluntarily close their jllibet account may do so by contacting [email protected] with a written request for account closure. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed, applicable wagering requirements will be assessed, and the player's identity may be verified. jllibet will process voluntary closure requests within 5 business days of receiving all required information. 8.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, your licence to use the jllibet platform is immediately revoked. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification procedures. Bonus balances and free spins are non-transferable and will be forfeited upon account closure. These Terms will continue to apply to any claims, disputes, or liabilities arising from activity prior to account closure.
